Job Details:

• Conduct written discovery, including interrogatories, document requests, and requests for admissions.
• Perform thorough records review to gather relevant information for cases.
• Engage in legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Attend client meetings to discuss case developments and provide legal counsel.
• Prepare and participate in brief and motion practice.
• Actively participate in depositions, mediations, panel meetings, and hearings.
• Take part in trial practice, representing clients in court proceedings.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation.

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
