The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent client relations, and the ability to manage complex litigation cases in both state and federal court.

Duties:

• Handle environmental litigation matters in state and federal court.
• Lead all aspects of discovery, including drafting motions and arguing in court.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses.
• Conduct fact and expert discovery to gather evidence for cases.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• 3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on environmental law.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
