  • Advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings, presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and making legal arguments.
  • Provide proactive client care, addressing concerns and keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to Practice Law in Texas.
  • Proven experience in criminal defense practice, focusing on Texas Criminal Law.
  • Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to upholding ethical standards.

Education and Certifications:
