We are currently seeking a Business Enterprise Advisory Manager to join our team in our Whippany, NJ office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing firm and have a permanent hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing business tax returns and providing tax planning advice to clients.
- Coordinating with clients and their advisors for quarterly and year-end tax planning.
- Supervising, training, and mentoring staff members.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive services to clients.
- Staying up-to-date on technical and industry developments.
- Identifying new business development opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a business-related field.
- CPA designation or an advanced degree in taxation.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a CPA firm or tax consulting practice.
- Strong tax technical background and willingness to stay current on tax law changes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
