Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a foreclosure attorney with experience. The candidate will be expected to provide knowledge and experience in the oversight and management of high-volume statewide foreclosure matters. Will be responsible for ensuring that all appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firm?s files. Also expected to act as a liaison between the firm and its clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel. All files will be managed in accordance with applicable foreclosure rules (Federal and local) and firm-established timelines, rules, goals, and objectives. Expected to become familiar with and work within the firm?s case management system to create, manage and review daily and weekly reports for exceptions and discrepancies. Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence, as well as ensure that client and firm management systems are accurately updated and maintained.
