Harker Heights office of our client seeks transactional and probate associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing assigned matters from inception through closing, including preparing documentation for entity formation and equity sharing arrangements. Will be researching and analyzing issues pertaining to relevant State and Federal Regulations, conducting due diligence. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, compliance programs; and preparing opinions and consultations. Correspond and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel. Experience with entity formation and corporate documents essential.
