Position Summary:

- Tax Transformation Office focused on transforming client service delivery for Deloitte Tax

- Projects span across multiple Business Threads and tax market offerings
- Opportunity to coach and develop team to deepen delivery capabilities

Responsibilities:

- Understand Tax business strategy and transformation aspirations
- Establish strong business relationships with stakeholders
- Coach and develop Tax Transformation team
- Manage multiple projects and work with stakeholders to keep work on track
- Identify and deliver key results with clear status tracking
- Engage with Tax professionals to assess client service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze user feedback and develop action plans
- Lead deployment and decommissioning of legacy systems
- Integrate program and project resources

Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a hybrid model with in-person co-location 2-3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Active accreditation in one of the following: CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or Technology Certifications
- Preferred: Large scale transformation experience, Program and Project Management skills, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint experience, working knowledge of data analysis and metrics, experience in professional service environment

Salary Information:

- Wage range of $125,510 to $285,749
- Factors considered in compensation decisions include skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs
- Applicants are not typically hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are based on individual circumstances
