## Patent Attorney

Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a highly qualified Patent Attorney for their Intellectual Property team. This position is available in their Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, or Palo Alto, CA offices.

### Qualifications

* Two to five years of solid experience as a Patent Attorney (additional experience as a Patent Agent is a plus)
* Significant experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing
* Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with work experience as a software developer
* Excellent academic credentials
* Must be registered to practice before the USPTO

### Salary

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
