The Associate Attorney will be responsible for preparing legal documents, attending hearings and trials, conducting settlement negotiations, and providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctorate, be a member in good standing of the Florida bar for a minimum of 3 years, and have 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, including deposition and hearing experience.

Job Duties:

  • Represent clients in collection and impound cases.
  • Prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings.
  • Draft correspondence to opposing counsel.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and Court personnel.
  • Conduct settlement negotiations to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional client service throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.
  • Member in good standing of the Florida bar for a minimum of 3 years.
  • 3 to 5 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience in taking depositions and attending hearings.
  • Familiarity with trial procedures, including small claims.
  • Effective communication skills (client interactions, email, phone).
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Education:
