Holzer Patel Drennan is a law firm based in Denver, Colorado and they are looking to hire an Associate Patent Attorney with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical, physics, biotechnology, or computer-related discipline and have prior experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications. It is preferred that the candidate has a portable book of business.

In addition to the required qualifications, trademark, transactional, licensing and/or copyright experience is a plus. Applicable bar membership is also required.

The current anticipated salary for the position is $80,000-$200,000. The actual salary may vary depending on experience and portable book of business.
