The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients on complex securitization transactions, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and whole business securitizations. Duties:

  • Assist with structuring, negotiation, and documentation of securitization transactions
  • Conduct due diligence and review legal documents related to securitization transactions
  • Research and analyze legal issues related to securitization transactions
  • Prepare and review offering materials and disclosure documents
  • Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal advice
  • Mentor and train junior associates within the group
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends in securitization

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience at a large or global law firm
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the MA Bar in good standing

 

Education:
