Job Title: Family Law/Immigration Attorney (Hybrid)

Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in immigration law required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Proactive approach to collaborative work
- Leadership capabilities and ability to provide guidance and direction to colleagues

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in family law and immigration matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Attend court hearings and trials as necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues and other organizations to advance public interest advocacy efforts
- Stay updated on changes in immigration law and regulations
- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in immigration law
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience in family law a plus
- Familiarity with public interest advocacy and commitment to social justice
