  • Evaluate and respond to office actions and other communications from the USPTO.
  • Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering, physics, computer engineering, or mechanical engineering, with a focus on medical devices or wireless communications/networking.
  • Collaborate with senior patent professionals in the development and execution of patent strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
