Managing Attorney - Work Remotely for a Leading Company in the Legal Industry

Salary Range: $148,580 - $174,800/year

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation to Progressive or clients
- Handle cases from beginning to end
- Manage a small case load
- Make employment decisions
- Handle performance management
- Monitor department budget
- Make compensation decisions
- Develop employees

Requirements:
- Juris doctorate required
- Active license to practice law in Indiana
- 5 years of general auto civil litigation experience
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required

Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling all aspects of litigation, including expert discovery and trial
- Thorough understanding and working knowledge of medical and technical information
- Strong understanding of applicable laws and rules
- Ability to execute organizational strategy
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
- Ability to work within a team-based environment

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $148,580-$174,800/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 50% of eligible earnings based on company performance
- 401(k) with company match up to 6%
