We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Sr. Corporate Counsel – Federal Siting at T-Mobile's Washington, DC location. As a Sr. Corporate Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic legal team and provide advice and counsel to network leadership and their teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret evolving federal requirements related to wireless infrastructure and deployment.
• Analyze and comment on federal, state, and local rules and regulations to determine their application to T-Mobile's network deployment plans and policies.
• Advise on external governance trends, rules, and regulations related to the telecommunications industry and wireless infrastructure.
• Build positive relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and external partners to influence regulatory policies and advocate for T-Mobile's interests.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for T-Mobile attorneys, network development teams, and vendors to establish best practices and drive consistency and efficiency across functions and regions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements relevant to wireless infrastructure and deployment.
• Think like the "Uncarrier" and approach all matters with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and admission and licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 7-10 years of experience in an in-house and/or law firm setting.
• Results-oriented team player with executive maturity.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities and lead complex projects.
• Expertise in federal law governing telecommunications, as well as state and local rules and regulations related to the siting of wireless facilities.
• Experience in effectively interacting with government agencies, industry associations, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory challenges.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
