A law firm based in Tampa, FL, seeks a dynamic and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle the plaintiff's side work and must reside close enough to commute to the office. Duties:

• Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour claims.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• 1-6 years of relevant experience in employment law.
• Proven track record of success in plaintiff's side work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
