Duties:

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research to support case progression and management.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on complex civil cases.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida or qualified to obtain licensure by reciprocity.
