Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney
Location: Ontario, Palm Springs, Riverbank, Orange, Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $85,400 - $141,700 per year (starting salary range: $100,000 - $114,000)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful experience in conducting legal proceedings and representing insurance companies

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire legal process, from investigation to trial, representing clients in depositions, court hearings, and negotiations
- Research applicable laws and develop legal strategies for all stages of litigation
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and conduct training sessions for other departments
- Provide guidance and direction to junior attorneys and collaborate with Home Office Legal

Qualifications:

- Membership in the California Bar and appropriate special licenses preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in conducting legal proceedings and representing insurance companies
- Talent for cultivating strong working relationships and detailed, analytical thinking
- Knowledge of insurance law and proficiency with relevant technologies
