The job has a number of performance objectives, including gaining an understanding of insurance policies and procedures, building confidence in communicating with insureds and brokers, obtaining necessary adjusting licenses, and developing an independent working environment. The educational requirement for this position is a , and a minimum of five years of relevant legal experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and professionally in various business settings are key competencies for this position. The Claims Attorney will be expected to travel up to 15% outside of their work location, if applicable.
