# Internship Program at Organization Organization offers law students the opportunity to serve an internship during their Fall or Spring Semesters or during their Summer breaks. This is a great opportunity for law students to gain valuable experience and knowledge in the legal field. ## What Does the Program Offer? If accepted into the program, students will be assigned to one of the Organization’s sections, where they will be supervised by a Deputy Attorney General. An Assistant Attorney General will have overall supervision of the program. During their internship, students will perform a full range of law clerk responsibilities, including research and writing and will have the opportunity to observe a wide range of lawyering activity. Students participating in the program will also attend court proceedings, meetings with clients, depositions and other special events. They will also be eligible to participate in training sessions offered to Deputy Attorneys General throughout the year. ## Where Are Assignments Made? Assignments to specific sections are made based upon student interest. The following are the sections available: * Environmental Permitting & Counseling - Trenton ## How Can I Apply? If you are a law student and would like to be considered for a position in the program, please submit the Internship Application, resume, legal writing sample and your most recent grade report to the appropriate recruiter listed below.
