The candidate should preferably have a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, and experience with depositions, expert reports, and discovery management is preferred. Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation is a plus. Should be licensed and in good standing, in the state they wish to practice in.
