A law firm in Morristown, NJ, is seeking a highly qualified Construction Attorney to join its nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and be prepared to handle a wide range of legal matters in this practice area.
Duties:
- Represent clients in construction-related legal matters, including contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in both state and Federal jurisdictions.
- Provide legal counsel on construction project disputes, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in construction law to better serve clients

Certifications:
