Duties:

  • Represent clients in construction-related legal matters, including contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in both state and Federal jurisdictions.
  • Provide legal counsel on construction project disputes, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations as needed.
