New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will assist in Immigration law. Immigration EB-5 filings Occasional EB-5 project assignments; Regional Center compliance. Staying abreast of industry changes. Research and analysis Writing blog posts. Drafting requests for evidence for USCIS. Adjustment of Status/Consulate Issues Sourcing funds (forensic accounting). Client interaction (especially high net worth individuals as well as developers). Occasional handling of E-2 (non-immigrant entrepreneur investment) and L-1 (intra-company) immigration cases. Occasional travel around the globe (the Continental US, Dubai, England, etc.). Occasional podcasting and marketing contributions. Previous experience in consular processing, adjustments, and business immigration is highly preferred.
