Job Overview: A law firm seeks a skilled Finance And Transactions Associate Attorney with a background in commercial finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting loan documents, managing loan transactions, and handling multiple matters simultaneously. Duties:

• Drafting and reviewing loan documents, including promissory notes, security agreements, and loan agreements.
• Managing loan transactions from inception to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Providing legal advice and support on commercial finance matters.
• Conducting legal research and analysis related to finance and transactional matters.
• Collaborating with partners, associates, and clients to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm.
• Experience in drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission (or steps toward admission) in good standing with the applicable jurisdiction (Texas or New York).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in Texas or New York (or taking steps to become admitted).
