Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in premises/general liability, construction, and auto/trucking matters.
  • Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.
  • Experience in complex discovery, law and motion, and status and evaluation reporting.
  • Litigation and arbitration experience and trial experience are preferred.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Education and Certifications:
