This role can be fully remote, hybrid, or onsite in either Pittsburgh, PA or Morrisville, NC. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in commercial and corporate litigation, as well as 3+ years managing commercial contracts. In this role, you will support drafting, review, and negotiation of development and manufacturing services contracts, advise the contracts professionals team, and contribute to the development of contract templates and playbooks for use across PSG.
