A law firm in Troy is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance litigation and will be responsible for handling various aspects of insurance-related cases. Should have 3 years of experience.
 
Duties:
• Represent clients in insurance litigation matters.
• Handle all stages of litigation, from case inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.
