Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.
• Manage client relationships and communicate case developments effectively.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of federal court commercial litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy court proceedings (preferred).
• Stellar academic record, including law school performance.
• Florida Bar admission.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar admission.
