The candidate will conduct depositions, develop litigation strategies, draft litigation papers, and manage cases independently. Will perform investigations, prepare cases for trial, and report to insurance carriers and other clients. Summarize medical document review. Also, be exposed to preparing motions, conducting examinations under oath and depositions, and conducting extensive document reviews in sophisticated insurance litigation. Must be familiar with all phases of discovery. Should have an interest in investigating and litigating insurance claims. Admission to the New York State Bar is essential.
