We are currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Foreclosure Defense Project team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to a more just legal system for vulnerable populations in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and advice to clients in mortgage and property tax foreclosures
- Work on policy matters and impact litigation when resources permit
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated attorneys and staff
- Attend trainings and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on consumer protection and foreclosure defense
- Admission to the bar in one or more states
- Chapter 13 bankruptcy experience and Spanish fluency preferred but not required
- Strong legal writing and research skills
