Responsibilities:

- Provide legal representation to Progressive insureds and/or the Progressive Insurance Companies in bodily injury cases before courts and arbitration panels.
- Handle cases from beginning to end, including preparing legal pleadings, motions, statements, and trial briefs.
- Negotiate settlements and work closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation.
- Analyze written discovery, depositions, and medical records to assess the value of claims and determine risk exposure.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree or higher.
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive salary ranging from $96,135 to $153,100 per year.
