Duties:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to address regulatory issues.
  • Assist clients in compliance with unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices laws.
  • Stay informed about evolving regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of legal experience focused on regulatory matters.
  • Proficiency in consumer financial regulations, particularly in payments and credit products.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of emerging platforms/FinTech, mortgage lenders/services, cryptocurrency, and digital assets is a plus.
  • Active membership in a local Bar association in good standing.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be a member of a local Bar association in good standing.
