Duties:

• Support client development and marketing efforts.
• Develop legal skills through mentoring, training sessions, and professional development.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Trial preparation and assistance.

Requirements:

• Experience with state and federal courts preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a general litigation firm.

Education:

Juris Doctorate (.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California.
