Summary:

Westinghouse Electric Co is seeking a Senior Counsel, Litigation to join their team in Cranberry Township, US. The Senior Counsel will provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to internal clients on litigation, claims, and other commercial legal issues affecting the company. They will also partner with business clients to achieve the best possible results for Westinghouse, while maintaining legal compliance and mitigating legal risks. Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and counsel to internal clients on litigation, claims, and other commercial legal issues affecting Westinghouse
- Facilitate the company's business objectives while maintaining legal compliance
- Partner with business clients to achieve the best possible results for Westinghouse
- Effectively interface with a wide range of internal clients and colleagues
- Manage outside counsel in disputes and other matters
- Advise on internal and government investigations and related legal compliance matters
- Provide legal support to the Energy Systems business unit, primarily in North America
- Remain current on legal developments and provide updates to clients
- Provide legal advice on other matters as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Admitted to practice in a US jurisdiction
- Experience providing exceptional service to corporate clients
- Experience in general commercial law and litigation, with extensive knowledge in engineering, procurement, and construction claims
- Highly developed analytical and communication skills
