Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and goals for estate planning
- Supervise probate and trust administration processes with clients
- Draft and review legal documents related to wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments
- Conduct client meetings to provide guidance and support throughout the planning process
- Work closely with experienced support staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Embrace technology to enhance the client experience and streamline internal processes

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Alaska State Bar
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with people
- Curiosity and empathy to support clients in planning for their incapacity or death
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in estate planning and administration is preferred but not required
