Job Requirements:

Knowledge Base & Education:

- Minimum of 2 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience at a firm or in-house
- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
- Strong knowledge and experience with video processing and codecs
- Familiarity with video coding standards
- Experience in virtual/augmented reality and AI is a plus
- Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus
- Involvement with patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus
- Admission to the USPTO is a plus

Adaptability:

- Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and firm needs change
- Strong time management skills for multiple ongoing projects
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Collaboration:

- Ability to develop relationships and foster teamwork at all levels of the firm
