The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with clients and legal teams, and have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills. Experience in general property and/or mineral title in the energy sector is preferred.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy mineral title and division order practice.
• Draft and review legal documents, including title opinions, leases, and division orders.
• Assist with negotiations and transactions involving energy assets.
• Communicate effectively with clients and legal teams.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on matters related to energy law.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Handle other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior attorneys.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 0-5 years of experience in energy mineral title and division order practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Education:
