Duties:

• Draft and review legal documentation pertaining to structured finance transactions, including loan agreements, security agreements, and offering memoranda.
• Provide expert legal counsel to clients on the structuring and execution of complex financial transactions.
• Conduct meticulous due diligence on financial transactions to identify legal risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal teams and other professionals to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends within the structured finance landscape.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
