The candidate will meet with clients, represent them in court, and should possess strong analytical and writing skills. Pennsylvania Bar admission is required.

 

Duties:

  • Meet with clients to discuss estate planning needs and objectives.
  • Assist with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Handle estate administration matters, including probate proceedings and asset distribution.
  • Represent clients in orphans' court litigation involving estates, trusts, and guardianships.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related issues.
  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, and briefs for court filings.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings and other legal proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and projects.
  • Stay updated on changes in estate planning and probate laws.

 

Requirements:

  • Pennsylvania Bar admission.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Experience in estate planning, estate administration, or orphans' court litigation (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

License to practice law in Pennsylvania.
