A law firm in Pittsburgh is seeking an Associate Attorney to assist with estate planning, estate administration, and orphans' court litigation involving estates, trusts, and guardianships. The candidate will meet with clients, represent them in court, and should possess strong analytical and writing skills. Pennsylvania Bar admission is required.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss estate planning needs and objectives.
• Assist with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Handle estate administration matters, including probate proceedings and asset distribution.
• Represent clients in orphans' court litigation involving estates, trusts, and guardianships.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related issues.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and briefs for court filings.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and projects.
• Stay updated on changes in estate planning and probate laws.

Requirements:

• Pennsylvania Bar admission.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Experience in estate planning, estate administration, or orphans' court litigation (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

License to practice law in Pennsylvania.
