Experience Information

· Minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial contracts attorney in the biotechnology/medical technologies field
· JD from an accredited institution with active bar membership, preferably in Pennsylvania
· Previous experience in AmLaw 100 law firm preferred
· In-depth knowledge of contracts law, commercial transactions, and relevant regulatory frameworks
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Experience in contract management and drafting
· Familiarity with intellectual property, indemnification, confidentiality, and data privacy matters in contract negotiations
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
