Job Overview:

• Manage family law cases comprehensively, overseeing all aspects from initiation to resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including regular status updates and weekly client case reviews.
• Offer recommendations for practice improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Utilize practice quality software to monitor performance metrics and ensure the achievement of goals.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
• Provide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make recommendations for practice improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• 1st chair family law experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.

Education & Certifications:
