The individual should be adept at handling multiple cases, managing regulatory or compliance matters, and be capable of serving as the primary point person on litigation and counseling matters. The Managed Care Litigation Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in the law firm's litigation and counseling practice, specializing in managed care and healthcare matters. The position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex cases, provide client counseling, and coordinate effectively with other associates and staff. The individual will serve as a key contact point for clients and should demonstrate proficiency in significant case management.

Duties:

• Handle multiple cases related to managed care and healthcare litigation.
• Manage regulatory and compliance matters within the managed care sector.
• Serve as the primary point person on litigation and counseling issues.
• Coordinate with other associates and staff to ensure effective case management.
• Act as a client contact, providing updates and addressing client concerns.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Demonstrated experience in managed care or health care law.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases and manage regulatory/compliance issues.
• Significant case management and/or client counseling experience preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

State Bar admission in good standing.
