Responsibilities

As an Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition or partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals. Your role will involve conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing relationships with partners. Your contributions will be essential in expanding the company's portfolio and driving overall business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the primary liaison for LexisNexis' portfolio of Print content alliances, representing the company at an executive level
- Identifying and creating new strategic relationships between LexisNexis and targeted content providers, keeping the company's vision and long-term strategy in mind
- Driving profitability of the portfolio by managing contract renewals and renegotiations as necessary
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that contractual obligations are met and that all parties realize maximum growth and achieve strategic objectives

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, you should have experience in negotiating and executing corporate partnerships and licensing agreements. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the company at an executive level. We are looking for candidates who have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as a general understanding of developing business relationships.
