KPMG's Office of General Counsel (OGC) is currently seeking an Associate General Counsel to join our Litigation group as part of the Practice Protection Team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced legal professional to provide counsel on civil litigation, regulatory investigations, and other legal matters for KPMG and its professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations
- Represent KPMG and its professionals in civil litigation proceedings and regulatory investigations
- Develop and implement strategies to successfully defend litigation claims and investigations
- Supervise and collaborate with outside counsel and other members of OGC to deliver high-quality legal representation
- Report to and consult with the Vice Chair for Legal, Regulatory & Compliance/General Counsel and the Deputy General Counsel for Litigation
- Assist in developing financial projections for supervised matters

Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal department
- JD or LLM from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the .
- Experience in defending complex civil litigations and regulatory investigations involving accounting firms, professional organizations, or financial institutions preferred
- Ability to manage multiple litigations, investigations, and projects simultaneously, with strategic thinking and a commitment to ethical standards
- Excellent analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and a client-service orientation

Salary Range: $331,000 - $737,000
