Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate agreements, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate matters.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate transactions and issues.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on real estate projects.
  • Represent clients in real estate transactions and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Nevada State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.
  • 2-6 years of experience in real estate law, preferably in a top-tier law firm.
  • Ideally, have 2 years of top-tier law firm experience in one or more of the following: commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing; title, land use, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents.
