Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, and securities agreements.

• Represent clients in negotiations and interactions with regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
