Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate special counsel with 7+ years of transactional real estate experience. The ideal candidate should have significant knowledge of borrower-side financing, joint ventures, construction and development agreements, and/or purchase and sale transactions. Corporate, finance, or other general commercial transactional experience will be considered. Should have experience working with a team in a robust transactional practice. Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the Bar in the state of the local office for which the candidate is applying.
