Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate various project finance documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on project finance deals, reviewing financial documents and performing legal research.
  • Assist clients in structuring and executing project finance transactions efficiently.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters pertaining to project finance within the energy industry.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, lenders, and government agencies.
  • Stay updated on developments in project finance law and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in project finance, with expertise in renewables and conventional power.

  • Additional experience in project development and M&A is advantageous.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
