A law firm in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a highly experienced Senior-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be able to play a pivotal role in representing Fortune 500 companies, major retail businesses, national transportation carriers, and insurance companies in the defense of litigation claims throughout New York State.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and defense.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in New York.
• Strong deposition experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
