Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level associate attorney with 3-5 years of maritime defense experience. The candidate must have strong legal research and excellent writing skills, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, preparation of and response to written discovery, taking depositions, attending hearings, as well as strong and persuasive oral advocacy skills. Litigation and trial experience in an insurance defense practice will be considered. Knowledge of defending crew & passenger claims, hull & machinery claims, and marine insurance matters, as well as trial skills (second chair), are highly desired.
